Refund & Cancellation Policy

Skysoft Global values transparency and customer satisfaction. As a provider of subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and digital services, we aim to ensure clarity in our refund and cancellation terms:

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the respective account or by contacting our support team at info@skysoftglobal.com.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied once the cancellation is processed.
For services billed on a one-time or milestone basis (e.g., setup, onboarding, or customization), cancellations may not be eligible for a refund once work has commenced.

Refunds

For monthly SaaS subscriptions, Skysoft offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
No refunds will be provided for partial use, mid-cycle cancellations, or post-renewal periods beyond the 7-day window.
Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided there has been no significant usage or service consumption.
Custom-developed modules, integrations, or consulting services are non-refundable once development begins, unless otherwise stated in a mutually agreed contract.

Exceptional Cases

Skysoft may, at its sole discretion, offer prorated refunds or credits in rare scenarios such as service outages or technical issues that prevent core product usage, provided such issues are validated and not user-caused.

Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings or regulatory compliance. The latest version will always be available on our website.
