Public Notice against fraudulent job offers

We at Skysoft IT Service Private Limited (SkysoftGlobal) are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and partners. Unfortunately, we have been made aware that certain  individuals are approaching candidates posing as Skysoft employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives. They are using this false pretext to gain access to the candidates personal information, conducting fake interviews and and soliciting payments by producing fake job offers pertaining to our organisation ‘Skysoft IT Service Private Limited ( https://skysoftglobal.com)’ .

With the aforementioned fraud being brought too our notice, we would like to place the following under notice of all:

1. The IP for Skysoft IT Services Pvt Ltd and its associated brand ‘Skysoft Global’ belongs to us and its a criminal offence to use it to make fraudulent offers.
2. We do not solicit any kind of payment during our hiring or training process.
3. We are a 100% remote company and do not maintain any specific work premises at this point of time (other than postal and registered office as mentioned on our website).

Please be adviced that any claims and offers contradicting to the above mentioned points are fraudulent and invalid, and you are strongly advised to exercise great caution and disregard such offers and invitations.
Please note that under no circumstances shall, Skysoft IT Service Private Limited ( SkysoftGlobal ) Company and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries, be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or other inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to the actions of these imposters.
